Greetings from Hui-Hui!
Life has been especially fun and stimulating lately since I've started "schoo" and had fun dates with my friends. I've also been doing some shopping with mama, looking at baby clothes, because I'm going to become a dai-dai cousin (yeh, Shelly Dai Dai is having a baby!!!!).
I started part time schoo (childcare) and I love it! I am in a class for two year olds with 2 wonderful teachers. The first day, mama and dada went with me and we stayed for just a couple of hours. I listened to stories and played with the toys along side the other kids.
Hey, it's kind of neat listening to stories this way!
Then the next time was the real time but I wasn't scared. I was excited to hold my lunchbox and taking along my blankie was a big comfort. It was fun! We had music, played with toys, Miss Carol read books, and I even took a nap. I didn't eat much of my lunch at schoo, but I eat it all voraciously on my car ride home! I guess I'm too excited to eat. I sang and babbled for hours after I got home that first day, I was so happy.

I'm glad I get to take my blankie with me.....
Waiting to go to schoo....
Bye-bye, sweetie, have fun (much harder on my mama then me)...
My friend, Emma, goes to the same schoo but she is in a different room. I get to see her on some days when we have music time together. Speaking of Emma, we recently had a big artfest at her house and I got to fingerpaint for the first time! Most of the paint went on the paper but there was plenty left for bodypainting too. Here are some pictures of me and Emma at our play date. We had so much fun inside and outside her house. Thanks for the great time, Emma!

Hi Johnsons - What a fun blog entry. Hui-Hui, you look so grown up. You look so old in your "schoo" clothes ... just like a big girl. I am glad you are having fun. You and Emma sure looked like you had lots of fun together .. so nice to have a best friend. As usual I am looking forward to seeing you soon (in just four weeks!!!!!). WE MISS YOU. I am keeping myself busy shopping and looking at LOTS of baby stuff (Michelle calls me OOC - Out of control). Oh yeah .. look for my blog soon ... from a grandparent's point of view.
Love,
Auntie Sharon
Yes...my mom (YOUR Auntie Sharon) is very OOC!!!! Perhaps when you are out here Auntie Sharon can be "OOC" with you, instead of your little cousin-to-be :)
Only one more week until you are out here!! yippeeee!! I can't wait to see you -- oh yes, and your mama and dada too!!!
See you soon!!
Hi Hui-Hui...this is Sophie, who came home from China with you! Nice to see your pictures. Looks like you're having lots of fun. Maybe we can get together somewhere this spring or summer in NH and meet up for the day!
