Mommy apologizes for being so behind in blog posts. We're skipping ahead a bit because we couldn't let Thanksgiving go by without telling you how thankful we are for everybody and everything we have in our lives.
In preschool and at home, we've been talking a lot about Thanksgiving and what it means to be thankful. When asked at school what I was thankful for, I told my teachers, "I am thankful for my family and my mommy and daddy!". (Of course, mommy starts crying when she hears that!)
I'm so thankful that for my birthday, my family came all the way from California to help me celebrate. We had such a wonderful time and I was so sad when they left. It has taken quite a bit of time to get back to myself. Even just this week I told mommy, "I'm still a teeny bit sad that my family's not here...." (mommy crying again...). I'm counting the days until our Christmas vacation, and I'll be seeing them again.
I'm also so thankful that one of my most special friends, Lea, and her mommy and daddy are coming to our house for Thanksgiving. I can't wait to see Lea and I told mommy that I wish Lily could be here with us too (uh-oh, mommy crying again....).
So, this is a short blog post, but me and mommy and daddy wanted everybody to know how truly grateful we are each day to have such wonderful family and friends.
We are thankful for...

Great blog entry and pictures, Hui-Hui. We had fun at your house and we will see you soon (in about three weeks). You'll have fun with Jaden when you come to California. Until then ... stay warm. Is it freezing there yet?
Love,
Auntie Sharon
